Over the last few days we have been doing core dynamics.A system where the class/'s does a few different activities consulting sports and fitness.There are 11 different activities which the class did over the past few days,and here are the ones i did the worst and best in.
First of all,the activity i enjoyed most and did best in was the hanging knee lift in which i did 14 in a minute.I enjoyed it the most because it was the easiest to do for me since i have quite strong legs on account of scooting to school from the beach practically every day.
The activity i probably least enjoyed was doing push ups.I managed a measly 6 and i didn't even enjoy doing them.I know i don't have that much upper body strength,in fact, i know i don't have any upper body strength.All of the exercise i do just goes to my legs.Nowhere else,strangely enough.
So i think,if i practised enough,i could probably improve on all of the 11 activities there are greatly!So in conclusion,doing core dynamics was actually fun.Though i hate to admit it.....
